We are looking for a Positive, Energetic Team Lead who enjoys rewarding, mission-driven work where you help support individuals who have a developmental disability in an 8 bed group home setting while mentoring and coaching employees. Experience leading a team and working with individuals who have a developmental disability required; we will provide all training.
Requirements

High School graduate or GED
Must not have a criminal record that includes felonies or misdemeanors against persons that are in conflict with the requirements of the position or agency policy
Valid driver's license
Less than 6 points on driving record
Active auto insurance
Every other weekend required
Must be able to work 2^nd shift
Rotate on call
Assist with scheduling staff
Able to mentor and coach staff to maintain positive team atmosphere and ensure high quality care is given individuals at the home
Assists with planning, preparing and leading individual and group activities in house and in the community
Transport individuals served in a safe and timely manner.
Ability to effectively communicate in written and oral form
